Born and raised in Toronto, A.J. Morra received her first taste of backstage life as a production assistant at Factory Theatre. She went on to receive her BFA in Theatre Technical Production at Ryerson University in 2006 and served as Technical Director and Production Manager at the Red Barn Theatre (2004–2006). More recently, she has worked as a Production Stage Manager in the contemporary circus world, most notably for the Toronto cult favourite Lunacy Cabaret (2006-2010). Ms. Morra is thankful to the Metcalf Foundation for their support, and is excited for her first season with TDT.
