Mairi Greig was born in Victoria, BC and grew up with her parents and five siblings in Penticton, BC. She trained at Okanagan Dance Studios where she had the opportunity to participate in a studio exchange to Japan to perform with the Haga Ballet Company. Ms. Greig performed with Coleman Lemieux and Compagnie in Bill Coleman’s Regent Park Project, and was thrilled to dance amongst the Sun Ra Arkestra in Coleman's Hymn To The Universe, presented at Cinquième Salle in Montréal. A graduate of The School of TDT, she was honoured to have received the Kathryn Ash Leadership Award. Ms. Greig is delighted to return for her first season as a company member.
