Sean started dancing at the age of 18 with the Edmonton School of Ballet and is a graduate of their professional program. He spent the two following years working as an independent artist and continuing his training. He joined Alberta Ballet in 1994, and danced with them for five years. In 1999, Sean moved to Toronto to join Toronto Dance Theatre. Independently, he has worked with choreographers across Canada, and has been a performer in dance films.
