Victoria Baltulis, Development Manager of Toronto Dance Theatre, graduated from the University of Waterloo’s Arts and Business program, where she earned a Cultural Management Specialization through the Centre for Cultural Management. Ms. Baltulis has worked in administrative, marketing, and development positions with the University of Toronto Opera Division, Stratford Shakespeare Festival, and Sarasota Opera.
